Microgrid System Solution

Microgrids, also known as distributed energy island systems, combine systems such as generators, loads, energy storage devices, and control devices to form a single controllable unit that supplies both electrical and thermal energy to users. The power sources in microgrids are mostly micro power sources, which are small units (less than 100KW) with power electronic interfaces, including micro gas turbines, fuel cells, photovoltaic cells, as well as energy storage devices such as supercapacitors, flywheels, and batteries. Microgrids are connected to the user side and have the characteristics of low cost, low voltage, and low pollution. Microgrids can be connected to the power grid for operation, or disconnected from the main grid for independent operation in case of power grid failures or needs.
