Forklift Power Battery

EV-Grade Class A LiFePO4 Cells from Tier-1 Manufacturers


To ensure long-term power battery reliability, Quarelex uses only Electric Vehicle (EV)-grade, Class A LiFePO4 cells from Tier-1 manufacturers such as EVE and Lishen.

Cell Voltage Difference: < 10mV

Actual Cell Capacity: > 100% of rated capacity

Cycle Life: > 3500 cycles @ 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD)

All-in-One PDU with Integrated BMS


The Quarelex LiFePO4 power battery features an integrated Power Distribution Unit (PDU) that consolidates all key components, including the Battery Management System (BMS), charge and discharge relays, pre-charge resistor, shunt, and fuse.

This compact structural design optimizes layout and space utilization. The high-voltage control loop, formed with robust copper busbars, integrates critical functionalities: charge/discharge control, thermal management, short-circuit protection, high/low-voltage protection, communication, and wireless data transmission.

Modular Cell Pack Design


Our forklift batteries utilize a modular architecture, with LiFePO4 cells arranged into parallel-series connected packs. This design allows for the replacement of individual modules at end-of-life, dramatically reducing refurbishment costs compared to a complete battery replacement.

Flexible Counterweight Solutions


Standard Solution: The battery casing itself acts as the counterweight, enclosing the battery modules.

Optional Solution: Dedicated counterweight blocks are mounted beneath the battery and secured with steel brackets.

4G Wireless Monitoring (Optional)


Remote Monitoring: Access all real-time battery data, faults, and alerts directly from your computer or mobile device.

OTA Firmware Updates: Enable remote diagnostics and resolution for over 80% of after-sales issues, minimizing downtime and service costs.

GPS Tracking Capability: Secure your forklift and battery assets with real-time location monitoring and geofencing alerts.
